From art to anatomy
The sixth annual Life Sciences and Society Symposium, to be held at Mizzou March 12–14, will explore the relationship between art and the life sciences. Titled “From Art to Biology and Back Again,” the symposium is free and open to researchers from all disciplines and the public.
In conjunction with the symposium, MU Libraries' Special Collections, Archives and Rare Books division will host an exhibit March 4–26 in Ellis Library Colonnade titled "Anatomical Illustration: Art Informing Science: 1543–1950." Check out a preview of the exhibit below.
