Preferred format is layout in Macintosh, Indesign CS4 or earlier complete with supporting artwork files, and screen and printer fonts.
High-resolution PDF, Adobe Illustrator CS4 or earlier, Photoshop CS4 or earlier, Production charges incurred on behalf of advertiser or its agency in preparation of advertising material will be rebilled at cost.
